During their professional trip to Chicago, the chapter members had the opportunity to visit Molo Solutions and Plante Moran. Molo Solutions is a logistics company that matches food and beverage carriers with trucks to ensure timely deliveries. The office boasted numerous amenities and a vibrant atmosphere. The chapter members networked with Molo Solutions' recruitment team and attended a presentation about the company and its various positions, gaining insights into its operations and the qualities sought in potential employees.
Following the visit to Molo Solutions, our participants toured Plante Moran, an audit, wealth management, and consulting firm. They learned about the company's history, its operations, and the available positions through a presentation and a panel discussion with Plante Moran employees. The tour of Plante Moran's office space, which had a professional and welcoming vibe, further illustrated how a wealth management company functions and what it looks for in potential employees.
The chapter extends gratitude to the PGN Scholar Foundation for making this informative trip possible, as our members gained valuable insights into two distinct companies.
