Elected Leadership Involvement
National Council Positions

The Executive Director is in charge of the National Headquarters of the Organization, including the day-to-day management of the organization, business operations, and its board.

Responsible for onboarding new schools, training the founding class and its leadership to ensure continued success and longevity.

Responsible for leading the fundraising efforts to support the growth of the National organization and to provide programming and scholarships for PGN, a 501(c)3. This position requires creating, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with corporate entities and alumni donors to help raise and secure funds for the organization.

Responsible for elevating the voice of the student membership to the National Council, raising awareness around chapter needs, sharing best practices and acting as a resource for Chapter Presidents. This position is held by an active Chapter Leader.

Responsible for building PGN's national footprint by identifying and developing new leads at quality schools across the country.
Director Positions

Responsible for helping new schools onboard and establish their operations. This involves providing 1:1 coaching and support to ensure the successful implementation of the organization's initiatives.

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with chapters to ensure their success. The role will include planning and coordinating chapter visits, providing training and guidance to chapter leadership, and offering crisis management support as needed.

Volunteer Roles

Coordinate with our event planner, FLOK, and provide support in planning and executing relevant events inside the PGN Community, including alumni gatherings and special events.

Responsible for managing the event flow, coordinating onsite activities, and ensuring attendees have all applicable event information. They will also promote event sponsors and serve as a master of ceremonies.

Be a guest speaker in chapter held events. Impart knowledge from personal experiences and share your skills to our aspiring undergrads.

Engage with one of our undergrad members by providing them mentorship and career counseling.

Provide student chapters with the chance to visit and tour your company. Providing an on-site experience and an inside look at your industry.
