Members of the organization shall not bully or harass another member, whether it takes place on or off school property, at a PGN sponsored event or not.
Hazing Definition
Hazing is any action taken or situation created intentionally or unintentionally, whether on or off the organization’s premises, to an individual or a group, new or established:
that causes embarrassment, harassment, or ridicule
risks emotional and/or physical harm
regardless of the person's willingness to participate
Hazing Policy
PGN maintains a zero-tolerance hazing policy. It is the responsibility of all PGN members to understand and comply with all college, university, state or other legal jurisdiction policies regarding hazing.

PGN will not tolerate or condone any form of sexually abusive behavior on the part of its members, whether physical, mental, or emotional. This is to include any actions that are demeaning to any person, which would constitute Sexual Harassment of any type or form.
National Code of Conduct
Complaint Procedure
Review Process
If allegations of bullying, hazing, decimation or sexual harassment or other reports of inappropriate behavior are brought upon the student organization's leadership or their organization as a whole, they must go undergo a review by a committee. The student organization may be placed on immediate suspension and asked to halt all PGN-related activity until a review can be conducted. The Chapter President and the executive board will be held responsible for the chapter’s actions.
A committee that consists of The National Council and PGN's chapter presidents will review the allegations brought upon the student organization. Should the committee find them in violation of PGN Policies, the student organization will be subject to disciplinary action, including chapter charter revocation.
Appeal Process
Student organizations have a right to petition their revocation status. An appeal may be submitted up to six months after the suspension to the National Council. The appeal will be presented to a committee that includes both the National Council and Chapter Presidents. A two-thirds vote is required to overturn the suspension. Appeals should include a written recommendation from a Faculty Advisor or the Dean of the College of Business.
