Initiation marks a significant ceremonial milestone celebrating the conclusion of chapter onboarding. During this event, PGN Nationals will explore the organization's history, discuss the significance of being a PGN member, and explain the meaning of each letter in PGN. Every member will sign the founding charter and receive a pin and a red rose, symbolizing their membership.

Here’s a short message from the Alpha Chapter’s founding members:

“As a new chapter, we are excited to see how PGN at Northwestern University fosters unique connections and collaborations among our diverse group of members. We are looking forward to the events and opportunities we have planned to help our students develop professionally, ranging from networking sessions with industry professionals to skill-building workshops. We are also eager to witness the growth of our members as they build relationships, both within the chapter and beyond, contributing to their academic and professional success.
