Our Leaders
Saanvi Dusa, President
Major: Business Analytics
Hi! I'm Pranav, an incoming junior at UT Dallas. One of the best things about college is the chance to join diverse groups, learn new things, and make meaningful friendships. When I first came to UT Dallas, joining organizations like PGN was very beneficial in multiple aspects. One of the aspects that really intrigued me was the many leadership opportunities available to everyone and the real-life business experiences. PGN has transformed my college experience by broadening my knowledge base, expanding my network, and increasing my circle of friends. I believe these are three things that almost everyone can expect from joining.
I have several hobbies: sailing, tennis, and trying new restaurants. In PGN, we strive to balance hard work and fun, so you will often find me studying hard for my classes and enjoying activities like karaoke night and top golf. No matter your background or career goals, there's a place for you at PGN. We are all excited to see you at our events.
Shivani Sinha,
Vice President of External Affairs
Major: Mechanical Engineering
My name is Shivani Sinha, a rising junior at UT Dallas. I joined this organization to develop my leadership skills and contribute to others' personal and professional growth. I am passionate about guiding and supporting people in achieving their full potential in all aspects of life. In my free time, I indulge in playing basketball with friends, diving into a good book, enjoying video games that challenge my strategic thinking, and catching up on the latest shows.
My career goal is to serve in the Air Force to gain valuable experience and contribute to national defense efforts. Following my service, I aim to transition into the industry as a mechanical engineer where I can apply my technical knowledge and leadership skills to innovate and solve challenging problems. I believe that combining hands-on experience with the theoretical knowledge gained from my studies will enable me to make a meaningful impact in both military and civilian sectors of mechanical engineering.
Allan Flores,
Vice President of Internal Affairs
Major: Business Analytics and Supply Chain Management
Hiya! My name is Allan Flores. PGN has numerous resources that will allow students to expand their knowledge and know exactly what recruiters are looking for in both aspects, such as working through the interview process and strengthening their resume. PGN will allow me to create an atmosphere where I can develop professional skills and friendships that last forever, not just in college. I personally hope that everyone who joins PGN can learn and grow from each other which can raise your experience while being in PGN.
My favorite hobbies are rock climbing, playing the piano, watching sports, and listening to music. I plan on getting my master's degree in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. I am eager to start the school year with PGN and benefit from what PGN has in store for me.

Gayathiri Sureshkumar,
Vice President of Membership
Major: Business Administration
Hello, my name is Gayathiri Sureshkumar. I am a sophomore from Dallas, Texas. When I started college, I noticed I wasn’t socializing or going out as much as I should. I was heavily school-oriented and didn’t work much towards my passion. I did whatever I was told and moved along with my day. I needed to leave my comfort zone and strengthen my business skills. After hearing about PGN and learning about our pillars and values, I found exactly what I was looking for. PGN helped me grow to make amazing friends, learn so much about business skills, and prepare myself for what the real world has in store for me. I am confident that staying in this organization will help me as a person and also help me reach my long-lasting goals in life.
My hobbies include basketball, spending quality time with my friends and family, and being a big foodie. I love to go on adventures and roam around town with my friends in my free time. After receiving my bachelor's, I plan on moving towards working in a clinic or hospital in the marketing/business side after receiving my MBA.
Tanya Rastogi,
Vice President of Communications
Major: Accounting
Hello, my name is Tanya, and I am a junior from Dallas, Texas. At the beginning of my freshman year, I was looking for an organization that fulfilled my professional and social needs. I was shy and wanted to step outside my comfort zone and become a stronger communicator, listener, and leader. Moreover, I wanted to expand my networking abilities and social interactions in order to advance my career. PGN offered me the chance to capitalize on this opportunity to grow as an individual, and I couldn’t be more grateful to be part of an inclusive community and serve as a leader to the rest of my peers. I am hoping this organization will help others like me achieve their goals and dreams.
Additionally, my hobbies include singing, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. In my free time, I love re-watching old movies and driving while blasting music. After my studies, I am interested in getting my CPA license and eventually working for a public accounting firm after completing my Masters degree.
