Meet Our Brotherhood

WELCOME LETTER
It is with great honor that I welcome you to the Boston University Chapter of Phi Gamma Nu. Over the past two years, we have built strong relationships with esteemed BU faculty, PGN chapter leaders, and accomplished industry professionals, all of whom have contributed to the growth and success of our chapter.
Phi Gamma Nu is a national entrepreneurship focused, co-ed professional development organization dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders in business and beyond. With chapters across the United States and a vast network of accomplished alumni in various industries, PGN empowers its members to strive for excellence, pursue meaningful careers, and make lasting impacts. We take pride in fostering an environment where ambition is nurtured, and collaboration thrives.
PGN is not just closed off to Questrom majors but rather is open to students of ALL majors. We embrace a diverse community where each member brings unique talents and multi-perspectives. Through professional workshops, start-up pitch training, service initiatives, and a global network of lifelong connections, PGN provides a platform for both personal and professional growth.
Iād also like to share the story of PGN and the limitless possibilities it represents. Founded in 1924 at Northwestern University as a sorority, PGN has grown into a co-ed business fraternity and later transitioned into a co-ed professional development organization with chapters nationwide. In addition, bringing PGN to Boston University was no easy task. With BU no longer approving new fraternities, the odds were against us and we were told chances of approval were slim. Yet, in the fall of 2024, against all odds, PGN became a recognized organization at BU.
Here, Phi Gamma Nu embodies the belief that the sky is the limit.
Warm regards,
Jonathan Yung
